Montessori Students Learn About Life Outside the Classroom

 
The children of the SMILE Montessori had an enriching and eye-opening educational trip as they visited places of importance such as the Post Office, the Police Station and the vegetable and fruit vendor’s shops.

At the Malabar Hill Post Office they were shown the different tasks performed by the postmen and women to ensure that mail is delivered. Later at the police station, the little children were specially engrossed by a security drill and a weapon cleaning exercise. Finally they got a chance to see and feel the vegetables and fruits that they had learnt about in their classes.
